For security reasons the person named on the booking confirmation will need to drop off / collect your luggage and photo ID may be required.
Once your booking has been submitted you’ll receive a payment confirmation. We’ll then process your booking and you’ll receive a booking confirmation with the exact address of your bag drop location (this can take up to 60 minutes from the point of booking unless your booking is received after 19:00 then it will be the following morning).

Yes, all last day luggage storage bookings are covered up to a value of 500€ whilst in storage. Items not covered by our storage protection guarantee policy are portable electronics, art and collections, valuables worth more than 500€ / £500 individually, money, passports & travel documents – if you do store any of these items then they are at your own risk (full T&Cs available on request).
All of our bag drop locations have been verified by ourselves and approved by our storage protection guarantee provider for their suitability. Furthermore, we’ve been storing luggage in the Canaries since 2015.
Any issues relating to your storage booking must be made in writing (email) within 12 hours of the end of your booking.
We have a separate storage protection guarantee policy in place for our long term storage customers, available on request.

No, one size fits all so whether you’re storing a large suitcase or a handbag the price remains the same NOTE a bag attached to a case is charged as two separate items.
